Heheh - I've fallen for that one myself - easily done! Glad you're getting sorted out. For help with moving the site and not breaking links, have you seen: http://www.interconnectit.com/719/migrating-a-wordpresswpmubuddypress-website/ ?

This describes a process for site migrations, which coupled with the tool at http://spectacu.la/search-and-replace-for-wordpress-databases/ will help you to move your site from one location to another.

Thanks for having a look. I'm still in the process of moving it over from .org and then will be changing the url altogether once everything's good to go...which may lead to another series of broken links. I also viewed the site on Firefox and saw no problems...which led to my discovery that the problems I kept seeing in Safari were cached--duh!

Actually - looks as if the hotlinking isn't a problem - perhaps you've disabled that blog?

I've just taken a look at http://66.147.244.185/~adoptavi/ and can see it's in the Emerald theme, and looks fine here on Firefox.

Can you confirm in what way it's broken?

I can see that on some pages images are missing because they're hosted at WordPress.com, who have now disabled hot-linking by the look of it, so you're getting a 403 error.

I am using the great Blend theme to build a website on wordpress (http://66.147.244.185/~adoptavi/) and after many updates with no problems, the emerald theme broke (navigation and photos everywhere). seems like some piece of code went missing. The only thing I can remember doing right before it happened is changing the name of the home page from Home to HOME. I have since deleted the theme and loaded it again, several times, and it always appears broken, but only with emerald (I've currently got it on coffee and cream.)

any suggestions??
