Yup, the holidays went well and we have some belated family coming to visit today who couldn't make it up before.

I have had the ability for my readers to subscribe to comments by email for longer than I can remember. I just thought it a bit odd that it was included for your other themes and not Evening Sun. It's hardly show stopper for me if you choose not to add it.

Hi, Seasons Wishes to you too!

Sorry about the slow response - holiday and all meant things didn't get looked at as much as normal.

We could certainly add a follow comments link. It's not something we've bothered about because we found that with the bulk of visitors to a website they don't really know what RSS is about anyway - a feed link just adds confusing clutter for them. Maybe just a small icon would be better?

Personally I think the best way is subscribe to comments via e-mail, but we'll take a look at your request and consider it for a future version.

In the meantime I hope you're having a good holiday :-)

Hello all and Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays!

Would it be possible to add the code for a comments feed for single post pages along with the accompanying RSS icon for a future update to Evening Sun? Readers usually appreciate a way to monitor for any additional comments made to a post they commented on themselves since not all bloggers provide a way to do so (like using the Subscribe to Comments" plugin for example). Or, barring that, what would be the best way to add that myself?

Just been looking around and found some interesting customisations of the Grassland theme:

http://www.umlv.net/blog2/ - totally unexpected look with oranges and blue
http://lyon-sauvage.com/ - not really a massive development, but hey :o)
http://www.unautrejour.fr/blog/ - I believe this is in Mali, where these are popular colours - doesn't work well with Western eyes, but that's not the point
http://les5roues2lamain.gazaniol.fr/ - very interesting treatment of the header

One thing you'll notice is that they're all French language sites. Similarly, Anvil was most popular in Russia. It shows how key nodes influence a theme's popularity...
