Hi Matthew and thanks for the report.
What version of PHP are you running? It may be caused by trying to run on PHP4 and although WP currently works on it, we're recommending users run PHP5 now - your hosts should be able to change you over. It's better from a security and performance point of view, and PHP5 has been out for four years now...it's pretty stable :o)
It's worth noting that as of August this year PHP4 support was finished, meaning that there will be no more security patches or updates - it's well worth pointing this out to your hosts. You may wish to test that any other applications and plugins on your server will continue to work with PHP5, of course....

Download Caribou again as I've just updated it to version 1.0.1. The only difference is that I've changed all PHP5 specific elements so they are PHP4 compatible and fixed a bit of CSS that would cause some confusing visuals in a rare situation. Let me know how you get on with it.
